The inorganic insulation mortar equipment is a production system independently developed by our company, specializing in the production of vitrified microsphere inorganic insulation mortar, with high-tech content. This complete set of equipment has been specially improved to address the fragility of vitrified microbeads during the mixing process, greatly reducing the breakage rate of vitrified microbeads. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation, uniform mixing, no residue, good sealing, and low dust, which greatly saves manpower and material resources while increasing production.

The mixing system of this complete production equipment adopts a drum type mixer to prevent damage to the vitrified microbeads. It has a large capacity mixing chamber, short mixing time, high output, high uniformity, no residue, and no breakage. The uniformity of the secondary mixing material in the finished product warehouse (homogenizer) is greatly maintained, while allowing the material to enter the packaging system smoothly. The homogenizer uses a low pulp homogenizer to reduce speed, improve efficiency, and protect quality.

The lifting conveyor used in this project is a bucket elevator, which can effectively protect the melting weight standard of vitrified microbeads and improve the lifting speed.

The entire equipment is completely sealed without dust leakage, using a multi-point pulse dust collector to collect dust from both the feeding and discharging ports, preventing resource waste, optimizing the working environment, and ensuring the health of employees.
